dc.descriptionLa tutela de los derechos humanos constituye un imperativo en cualquier ordenamiento jurídico. Es fundamento de la sociedad democrática. Los sistemas de garantías han ido evolucionando y se perfeccionan, constituyendo las de carácter jurisdiccional una de las más importantes. Por tanto, la interpretación que realizan los jueces adquieren una relevancia incontestable y la uniformidad de estos criterios tutelares, una garantía adicional en la protección de los derechos, lo cual reafirma el valor de la jurisprudencia como fuente del Derecho.
