Title:	FAMOUS LOVERS IN CHRISTIAN CONTEXTS WHERE MEN HAD CONTROL OVER WOMEN Célebres enamoradas/os en contextos sociales cristianos en los que prevalecía el dominio de los varones sobre las mujeres

Description:	Starting from the narration of the story of three great “impossible” loves we analyze the norms that ruled the relationships between men and women in the respective social contexts where the couples developed their stories. We also reflect on the factors that influenced the forced dissolution of the relationships, as well as the direction the women wanted to take and the one they actually could take in regards to their lives after they were deprived of the relationship with their partners. The work is developed by marking the trajectory that happens from the meeting between two individuals and the emergence of love, to the truncation of the possibility for the lovers of going a common path in their lives. We turn to biographic and bibliographic documents to elucidate the remains of the communication preserved by the members of these couples after the separation. A partir de la narración de la historia de tres grandes amores “imposibles” analizamos las normas que regían las relaciones entre hombres y mujeres en los respectivos contextos sociales en los que las parejas vivieron su experiencia amorosa. También reflexionamos en torno a los factores que llevaron a la disolución forzosa de las relaciones, así como acerca de la dirección que las mujeres hubieran querido tomar en sus vidas y las que de facto siguieron después de haber sido privadas de la relación con su pareja. El trabajo se desarrolla marcando la trayectoria trazada desde el encuentro entre dos sujetos y la emergencia del amor, hasta el truncamiento de la posibilidad de los amantes de seguir un camino común en sus vidas. Revisamos documentos biográficos y bibliográficos para dilucidar los rastros de comunicación preservados por los miembros de estas parejas tras la separación.
