However, while this represents a real revolution incriminal proceedings, I believe that this is not where efforts to make our criminal justicesystem more efficient. La reforma constitucional en materia penal de 2008 ha generado muchas expectativas, sobre todo, en lo referente a los juicios orales. No obstante, si bien ello representa una verdadera revolución dentro del procedimiento penal, considero que no es ahí en donde se deban enfocar los esfuerzos para lograr que nuestro sistema de justicia penal sea más eficiente. |
