Supported by the philosophy of law, psychology and the legislation of the adolescent system. The central issue is related to the conduct of the judicial authority, which gives special emphasis to the procedural truth, leaving behind the psychological and social factors of adolescent truth. The main argument of this text emphasizes harmonizing the procedural truth and the adolescent truth in the criminal justice system for adolescents; in order to combine the trinomial truth, justice and comprehensive reparation.en-US
dc.descriptionEn el presente texto con estudio de caso, está delimitado mediante el análisis contextual, descripción teórica y reflexión; en torno a la verdad procesal y la verdad adolescente, en el sistema penal para adolescentes. Apoyados en la filosofía del derecho, en la psicología y en la legislación del sistema de adolescentes. El tema central está relacionado con el proceder de la autoridad judicial, la cual da especial énfasis a la verdad procesal, dejando relegado los factores psicológicos y sociales de la verdad adolescente. El argumento principal del presente texto, enfatiza armonizar la verdad procesal y la verdad adolescente, en el sistema de justicia penal para adolescentes; con la finalidad de conjuntar el trinomio verdad, justicia y reparación integral.es-ES
