dc.descriptionCriminal protection against psychological and economic violence against women arises from Law 82 of 2013, which in turn introduces the crime of Femicide and thereby recognizes that women are in a context of unequal power relations, in a situation of inequality with respect to men, which affects their access and management of economic resources, and in their psychological sphere. However, it draws attention on the one hand, to the special and exclusive protection of women, in detriment of other groups of people, and on the other hand, the imperfect legislation technique.  en-US
dc.descriptionLa protección penal contra la violencia psicológica y económica de la mujer surge a partir de la Ley 82 de 2013, que introduce a su vez el delito de Femicidio y con ello se reconoce que las mujeres se encuentran en un contexto de relaciones desiguales de poder, en situación de desigualdad respecto a los hombres que repercute en su acceso y manejo de los recursos económicos, y en su ámbito psicológico. Sin embargo, llama la atención, por un lado, la especial y exclusiva protección  de la mujer, en detrimento de otros grupos de personas, y por otro, la deficiente técnica legislativa.es-ES
