dc.descriptionThe new international order that emerged during the Second World War projected a model for the peaceful resolution of disputes between States, in the spirit of avoiding problems that could became in new bell conflicts. For that purpose, it was created The International Court of Justice, wich would be the procedural institution where parties of ONU could submit their differences. This model considered as competents subjects to States and not the individuals, despite referring to the international treaties us the legal reference framework of resolution implementation. A few years later, arises the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and from it, a series of conventional instruments that, instead of protecting the States, the cared for people. The objective of this research is to expose that in the course of international relations the cases that the International Court of Justice has know and resolved, increasingly focus on applying human rights conventions and, therefore, protection of persons.en-US
dc.descriptionEl nuevo orden internacional surgido durante la segunda guerra mundial proyectaba un modelo de solución pacífica de controversias entre Estados, con el ánimo de evitar problemas que escalaran en nuevos conflictos bélicos. Para ello se creó la Corte Internacional de Justicia, que sería el órgano procedimental ante el cual se ventilaran las diferencias. Este modelo consideró como sujetos competentes a los Estados y no a los individuos, a pesar de referirse a los tratados internacionales como el marco de referencia jurídica de aplicación resolutiva. Pocos años después, surge la Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos y a partir de allí una serie de instrumentos convencionales que, en lugar de proteger a los Estados, amparaban a las personas. El objetivo de esta investigación consiste en exponer que en el devenir de las relaciones internacionales, los casos que la Corte Internacional de Justicia ha conocido y resuelto, cada vez se enfocan más en aplicar las convenciones de derechos humanos y, por ende, la protección de las personas.es-ES
