dc.descriptionThe European crisis and that of Latin America at the time, have put in difficulties the recovery of the world economy, the difficult recovery contains atendency to increase poverty and social exclusion in the euro zone and in this same sense the structural reforms have shown as in the 80’s, an enormous power of social destructuring. Structural reforms are considered fundamental elements to increase the potential growth of the economies, but due to their results it has been demonstrated that they have not been favorable neither in the short nor in the medium term for the economies that applied them. It is worthwhile to rescue their viability from both experiences in response to economic crises.en-US
dc.descriptionLa crisis europea y la de América latina en su momento, han puesto en dificultades la recuperación de la economía mundial, la difícil recuperación contiene una tendencia a incrementar la pobreza y la exclusión social en la zona euro y en este mismo sentido las reformas estructurales han mostrado como en los años 80 ́s, un enorme poder de desestructuración social. Las reformas estructurales se consideran elementos fundamentales para incrementar el crecimiento potencial de las economías, pero por sus resultados ha quedado demostrado que no han sido favorables ni en el corto ni en el mediano plazo para las propias economías que las aplicaron, por lo anterior vale la pena rescatar de ambas experiencias su viabilidad como respuesta a las crisis económicas.es-ES
