dc.description	This paper reconstructs the main theoretical discussions around human rights mobilization and the analytical dimensions that prevail in contemporary studies. The main thesis argues that given the dichotomy between endogenous and exogenous dimensions, while between institutional and noninstitutional mobilization frameworks, their convergence is necessary to understand the complexity of the historical institutionalization of human rights.	en-US
dc.description	El presente texto reconstruye las principales discusiones teóricas en torno a la movilización social en defensa de los derechos humanos y las dimensiones analíticas que prevalecen en los estudios contemporáneos. La tesis principal plantea que dada la dicotomía existente entre las dimensiones endógenas y exógenas, al tiempo que entre canales institucionales y no institucionales, se hace necesaria su convergencia para entender la complejidad de la institucionalización histórica de los derechos humanos.	es-ES
