dc.descriptionThe objective of this article is to analyze and compare by means of the functional method, the similarities and differences of the Mexican Constitution and the Venezuelan Constitution, about the requirements that are needed to occupy the office of Constitutional Judges, as well as the how designation procedures are carried out. The above, in order to demonstrate that the Mexican State has minimum requirements to hold the aforegoing position, as well as a designation procedure in which there is no opposition when the members of the ternas are not suitable, in contrast to the State Venezuelan, who has a series of requirements of greater demand and a better designation process.en-US
dc.descriptionEl objetivo de este artículo es analizar y comparar por medio del método funcional, las similitudes y diferencias de la Constitución mexicana y la Constitución venezolana, sobre los requisitos que se necesitan para ocupar el cargo de Jueces Constitucionales, así como sus respectivos procedimientos de designación. Lo anterior, con el fin de evidenciar que México tiene requisitos mínimos para ocupar el cargo de Ministro o Ministra, en contraste con Venezuela, que cuenta con una serie de requerimientos de mayor exigencia. Además, se probará que si se adecua la legislación mexicana a la venezolana, se fortalecerá el procedimiento de designación de Jueces Constitucionales y con ello la independencia judicial, dado que al contar con una serie de filtros específicos, sólo las personas idóneas deben ocupar un cargo en la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación.es-ES
