Therefore, within the “Procuraduría Social del Estado de Jalisco” it will arise a specialized defender. dc.descriptionSe propone que la creación de un defensor de oficio abocado a tutelar los derechos fundamentales de las personas pertenecientes a los pueblos originarios. Para tal efecto, se usaría la institución del defensor público de la Procuraduría Social del Estado de Jalisco, donde institucionalmente se ubicaría la propuesta. Este especialista se encargaría de llevar a sede judicial las demandas de protección o restitución de los derechos de este grupo vulnerable.   es-ES
