dc.descriptionThe article exposes the existing antinomies and controversies generated by the Law of Free Coexistence with respect to the expectations of law that it intends to grant, as well as the unconstitutionality and violation in the matter of human rights by restricting the right to adoption and custody. It explains how the law is inoperative as opposed to other ordinances and as nowadays it becomes an unattractive option before the dispositions pronounced by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation before the equal marriage.en-US
