dc.descriptionBased on in-depth interviews with 48 families with children between 4 and 12 years old from the community of Madrid, we have analyzed each indicator which defines parent’s mediation processes in the television practices of children. Our analysis has revealed a high degree of permissiveness at homes and the need for media education of parents.en-US
