Abstract: A subset of patients seeking aesthetic correction of unbalanced cervico facial features will be aptly treated with the combination of three aesthetic surgical procedures such as microlipoinjection, removal of the buccal fat pad and liposuction. Some patients have lack of contour because bone deficiency limited to the prominent areas such as malar, paranasal, chin and mandibular regions, and microlipoinjection brings excellent aesthetic improvement. Other cases have bulky cheeks and the removal of the buccal fat pad gives a nicely concave surface that combined with prominent malar, paranasal, chin and mandibular brings an harmonious and balanced facial features. Liposuction could be very advantageous to improve the neck in these particular cases. The combination of these procedures provides good aesthetic results. Accordingly, such patients can receive excellent surgical correction of their deformities, while morbidity is substantially minimized.
