|Abstract:||We propose a general approach to characterize states of a bipartite system composed of a fully controllable and an unaccessible subsystem. The method is based on measuring the interference between states of the uncontrollable subsystem obtained after projecting an appropriately transformed bipartite state on the basis of the accessible subsystem by local operations. © 2013 The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences.|
