Abstract: Using the historical database of the Washington Double Star Catalog (WDS) and astrometric data obtained by applying the Diffracto-Astrometry (DiAs) technique to Hubble Space Telescope Wide Field Planetary Camera 2 (HST/WFPC2) public images, the relative kinematics of the Orion Trapezium (OT) stellar components is obtained with a precision of ?1 km s-1.
